Our Policy

Here at the Totem Pole, we want you to be a 100% satisfied customer. We totally back up all of our Minnetonka Moccasin Products. Return any unworn product in the original Minnetonka Moccasin box within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied and we will replace it or provide a refund back to you at the product cost. When returning the product, please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip and a brief letter of instruction with the reason for return.

We require a ten percent restocking fee on two or more items returned from the same order.

Exchanges

If you have purchased a product and would like to exchange it for a different size, color or style, simply return your product to the address below. Please enclose a check for $8.50 to cover return shipping and handling.
